About Our Church
Pixley Missionary Baptist Church is a welcoming local church body. We strive to follow all the commandments set forth by Jesus Christ in His Word. We believe in salvation by grace through faith in Jesus Christ alone. We believe the church is local, visible, and independent from all other churches. We associate with the American Baptist Association, but we are self governed as designed by the Lord Himself.

Clinton Childers
Head Pastor
Clinton Childers became the Head Pastor at Pixley Missionary Baptist Church on November 19, 2023. He serves the church alongside his wife Morgan and their three children. Clinton and Morgan served together at First Missionary Baptist Church - Fresno for 12 years prior to accepting the opportunity to move to Pixley and serve the local congregation and community. Clinton was born and raised in Madera and has enjoyed the beauty and diversity of the Central San Joaquin Valley for his entire life. He graduated from Madera High School in 1999 and is currently finishing his B.A. in Theology from the Western Missionary Baptist Institute.
